• Mail or email the frequency/variable information to TTI - and reference your purchase order number on the document.

If you are purchasing with authorization to spend non-budgeted, discressionary funds:

• Write or type your purchase authorization on you department's letterhead.
• Have the authorization signed by the person who can spend the money.
• Indicate that this order will be paid for by discressionary funds.
• Include your shipping and billing addresses on your order.
• Include all equipment operating frequency or other variable information if applicable.
