If you think your equipment needs repair or just a check-up, please do the following: 1.) Check out the "IS IT BROKE" page to get some tips on just what to check for, before you decide that you MUST send the unit in for service. 2.) If it IS broken, fill out the "REPAIR FORM" page and then, print it out
to a hard copy. 3.) Wrap the product carefully for shipment. See the "SHIPPING TIPS" page for instructions on how to ship equipment. 4.) Include the printed "REPAIR FORM" with your shipment. 5.) If the equipment is still under warranty, include with your shipment a copy of the Warranty Form that you received when you purchased the equipment. 6.) You do not need a return materials authorization number (RMA). Simply send the equipment to: TTI |
